Parish Life
Stan Nill – Parish Life Coordinator
General Holy Trinity is a large and very active parish. We are blessed to have so many parishioners engage in the sharing of their time and talents in the service of the Church and the community. There are over 80 different ministries and activities in which parishioners can become involved - many of them use our facilities to host meetings on a regular basis. It is challenging to coordinate and accommodate all requests due to the various times and sizes of the ministries. As a result, meetings are scattered throughout the campus making it difficult to manage, locate, and efficiently serve the various daily requests. Sometimes, due to the lack of adequate/appropriate space, ministries are forced to meet off campus or not meet at their desired date/time.
Parish Ministries and Organizations The new multi-use space and café, with its capability of serving up to seven meetings simultaneously, will allow us to consolidate our meeting destination and accommodate multiple sized groups.

Parishioner Events Currently, events such as family receptions, reunions, and anniversaries are reserved for a nominal fee at both our Parish Center and Church Social Room. Some choose to go elsewhere with their family celebrations due to the limitations and size restrictions of our facilities. The Parish Center Gym in particular is often passed over due to the concern of damaging the wood floor and obvious “gym appearance” for such events.
The Quigley Center will be a much more conducive environment and have flexibility for such events at a competitive cost.
Furnishings The meeting rooms will have a “wet bar” sink and cabinetry. Inside the large storage room, tall cabinets/shelving will be designated for specific programs storage. Portable round and rectangular tables and chairs will allow for multiple set ups. A centralized “warming” kitchen will serve the various ministry refreshment needs as well as larger warming events.
